Your questions, our answers

The essentials on the first consultation, pricing, working together and switching fiduciaries, answered honestly. Something missing? Call us.

First consultation & pricing

Before we start

01

What does the initial consultation cost?

Nothing. 60 minutes, no obligation, at our office in Wildegg, by phone or by video. You leave without any commitment.

02

How quickly can I get an appointment?

Usually within a week. For urgent matters — running deadlines, for instance — we fit you in at short notice: just call.

03

What should I bring to the first meeting?

Whatever you have at hand: your last tax return or financial statements and any open official letters. Completeness isn't required — sorting is our profession. For the tax return there's a checklist under Downloads.

04

How are your fees calculated?

Always with an offer before we start: recurring work as a flat fee, advisory by effort, projects at a defined price. Details on the pricing page — surprises don't appear on our invoices.

05

Is a Treuhänder the same as a tax adviser?

In Switzerland the profession is called Treuhänder. “Tax adviser” is the German term. The tasks overlap; a Treuhänder additionally covers bookkeeping, payroll, audit support and company formation. If you are looking for a tax adviser, you are in the right place.

Company formation & foreign nationals

Forming a company in Switzerland

01

How long does it take to form a company in Switzerland?

For a GmbH or AG usually two to four weeks once all documents are in place — depending on your canton's commercial register. A sole proprietorship is quicker. With prepared documents the process is shorter.

02

How much capital do I need for a GmbH?

At least CHF 20'000 in share capital, fully paid in. For an AG it is CHF 100'000, of which at least CHF 50'000 paid in. The sole proprietorship has no capital requirement.

03

Can a foreigner form a company in Switzerland?

Yes. A GmbH or AG can also be formed by people resident abroad — the condition is that at least one person with signing authority is resident in Switzerland. We explain the requirements and guide you in German, English or Turkish.

04

How do I send you my accounting receipts?

However suits you: digitally as a scan or photo, via a shared folder, or the classic way in a binder on site. We set up the route that is easiest for you.

05

When does the tax return have to be submitted?

For private individuals, usually by the end of March of the following year — a deadline extension is possible in most cantons; we file it on request as a paid additional service. Legal entities follow their financial year-end.

06

Which cantons do you operate in?

Our office is in Wildegg (Aargau); we serve mandates throughout German-speaking Switzerland. We prepare tax returns and accounting across cantons — much of it independent of location.

Working together & switching

How we work

01

Can I switch fiduciaries in the middle of the year?

Yes. You send us your documents and open items — we take them over in a structured way, without leaving you stuck in between.

02

Do you work digitally or with folders?

Both, whatever suits you. Deliver documents digitally, bring classic folders, or combine the two: we define the workflow together at the first meeting.

03

Who looks after my file?

A fixed contact person from our team of nine. They know your file, you know their name. During absences a briefed deputy takes over.

04

How do I reach you, and how fast do you reply?

By phone, e-mail or WhatsApp. On business days we reply as soon as possible, usually much faster.

For companies

SME questions

01

From what point is a fiduciary worth it for my business?

At the latest with the first salary or VAT registration. Before that: the evenings you spend over the books usually cost more than our fee.

02

Can you take over just one area, e.g. only payroll?

Yes. Our services can be booked individually and combined — many mandates start with one area and grow once the trust is there.

03

Do you also support company formations?

Yes. From choosing the legal form through the registrations to the first filings, we accompany your formation — bringing in a notary and specialists where needed.

04

What does bookkeeping cost per month?

That depends on document volume and complexity. After the free initial consultation you receive a clear offer, with no hidden items.

For private clients

Private questions

01

Is a professional worth it for my tax return?

Often yes: overlooked deductions usually cost more than the fee. And you save the evenings with forms — we do this every day.

02

In which languages do you advise?

German, English, French, Albanian, Bosnian, Turkish and Azerbaijani — so you can discuss complex topics in your strongest language.

03

Do you also serve clients outside Aargau?

Yes, across Switzerland and abroad. Much works by phone, video and e-mail; in person we meet in Wildegg.

04

Do you help with deadline extensions and official letters?

Yes. We file deadline extensions on request as a paid additional service; we translate official letters into plain language, and reply for you where needed.
